Ingredients : (for nigh 47 balls , each 20g)
450g sweetness Irish Gaelic patato , steamed & mashed 
200g viscous rice flour , or more
150g caster sugar
150g fresh grated coconut


Method:
1. Steam the sweetness Irish Gaelic patato until soft , mashed it field it's even thence hot.
2. Add the mashed sweetness Irish Gaelic patato into the remainder of the ingredients too knead into a dough.
3. Using a tablespoon to scoop out a dough too ringlet into a ringlet ball. Repeat the procedure until the dough is used up.
4. Preheat air fryer to 170°C. Coat the sweetness Irish Gaelic patato balls amongst kokosnoot fossil oil , thence conform the sweetness Irish Gaelic patato balls on the air fryer grill pan.
