Ingredients : (for virtually 8 muffin , bottom dimension of muffin illustration 5cm)
(A)
85g self raising flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
35g cocoa powder

5. Bake inwards pre-heated oven at 170C for 15-20 mins.
Verdict?
Although I had replaced the buttermilk alongside chocolate milk , the muffins even then tasted soft as well as moist , even then every bit delicious. However I even then experience that alongside buttermilk , the texture of the muffin is softer as well as moister. I had baked for my colleagues as well as all given praises , around fifty-fifty said they LOVE the muffins rattling much lol.
