This is 1 of my favorite cake , definitely take away to bake it for this kokosnoot theme.

Ingredients :
250g butter
200g gula melaka aka palm sugar
100ml kokosnoot milk
50g dark-brown sugar
4 eggs
200g cake flour
50g oatmeal
20g kokosnoot powder
5g baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
adequate shredded coconut
Method :
1. Cook kokosnoot milk as well as gula melaka until melt , laid upwardly aside.
2. Beat butter as well as carbohydrate until lite as well as fluffy.
3. Add inward eggs , 1 at each fourth dimension , crunch thoroughly later each addition.
4. Fold inward sifted flour , baking pulverization as well as baking soda , alternate amongst melted gula melaka , good mixed.
5. Add inward oatmeal as well as mix well.
6. Pour the batter into the cake pan.
