Gula Melaka Palm Sugar Chiffon Cake 椰糖戚风蛋糕 LTU #8

One of the chiffon cake flavour that I ever wanted to drive , finally! And used my favourite chiffon cake pan , a lovely gift from my baking buddy :D.


Recipe adapted from  戚风蛋糕出炉了 past times Kevin Chai alongside modification.

Ingredients : (20cm pump sort cake pan)
5 egg yolk
120g cake flour
125 gula melaka palm saccharide , chopped
85g kokosnoot milk
50g kokosnoot oil
1/4 tsp salt

5 egg white
1/2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar 
35g caster sugar



Method
1. Prepare a chiffon cake pan , don’t involve to grease or business paper.
2. Separate egg white as well as egg yolk into 2 mixing bowls.
