Ingredients:
1kg tapioca roots , peeled together with cutting into 5cm or 2" length , so soaked inwards H2O until use1 liter water

1. In a pot , convey H2O to the boil over medium heat. Add pandan leaves together with tapioca pieces , so add together 125g sugar. Stir to mix good , so leaves to simmer for thirty minutes.

3. Drizzle kokosnoot cream over tapioca pieces together with serve immediately.
Notes :

Verdict?
This is an slow together with delicious dessert , although I idea closed to tapioca are overcooked but everyone said sense of savour perfectly together with great. The sweetness of the tapioca is only squeamish for us except FIL together with ane of my colleague who mean value is real sweet. But this is a dessert leh , suppose to last sweetness correct lol , anyway this recipe is much less sweetness comparison to those serving inwards Thai eating seat or store-bought so if you lot select sweetness molar , you lot ask to increase the sum of sugar.
