1 tsp kosher salt
1 TBS baking powder
1 TBS spud starch(can last optional)

Hot Sauce:
three TBS butter, melted
1/3 loving cup Franks hot sauce

Directions:
1. Cut upwardly chicken pieces into flats, drumettes, too fly tips. Reserve tips for stock past times freezing them.

  • Preheat oven to 275 deg F
1. Combine melted butter too hot sauce. Set aside until needed.
2.. Bake wings for xx minutes at 275 deg F, then growth estrus to 425 deg F too move along cooking for about other 45-50 minutes, or until wings are nicely browned too crispy. 
Note: If you lot experience the wings aren't browned enough, growth estrus to 450 Deg F the finally x minutes of baking.
3. Remove wings from oven too house inwards a large bowl. Drizzle hot sauce over wings too toss to coat. Serve immediately.
