Su shao luo bo 素燒蘿蔔

Luo bo 蘿蔔 (萝卜) this tin hateful either daikon (mooli or oriental radish) or carrot.
Su 素 is vegetarian

Ingredients:

400 - 500g daikon or mooli
350 - 400g carrot
two clove of garlic, chopped
modest slice of ginger, chopped
dash of lite soy
dash of nighttime soy
dash of cooking wine
about regular or vegetarian oyster sauce
a lilliputian saccharide to taste
mix 1 tsp cornflour (cornstarch) amongst a lilliputian water
cooking oil

Method:
  1. Peel daikon together with carrot. Cut into chunks, rotate together with cutting vegetable into irregular triangular chunks called goon dao pian 滾刀片 inward Chinese. 
  2. Heat most 1/4 - 1/3cup of crude oil till moderately hot, add together the vegetables. Stir at high heat, proceed stirring till vegetables are slightly browned on the surface, most 10 minutes.   5. Stir together with fix vegetables till tender. If liquid is drying fast earlier vegetables are tender add together to a greater extent than water.
  6. Add about oyster sauce together with a lilliputian saccharide to taste. 
  7. Thicken sauce amongst slackened cornflour.
